The Parish of Christ the King keeps you and your family in our prayers during this time of sorrow.
We are privileged to accompany you as you prepare a funeral liturgy that honors the life and memory of your loved one.
To begin the planning process:
~When you are ready, please contact the funeral home of your choice first.
~The funeral home staff will work directly with the parish to coordinate available dates and clergy.
~Our Pastoral Minister, Audrey Saharek, will contact your family to arrange a meeting with the presiding priest and review the details of the funeral Mass.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions: audrey@christthekingparishct.org or 860-529-2545.

Christ the King Parish offers a Bereavement Support Group for those in the early stage of grief. We meet for 10 weeks in the Spring and Fall usually on a Wednesday from 2 – 4 pm in Fr. Crawford Hall at the Church of the Incarnation of Christ the King Parish. Our Fall session begins on Wednesday, September 16th. Our lessons are centered around The New Day Journal. Together we pray, read from scripture and journey down the path of grief together through discussion, laughter and tears in a most caring and gentle way. You will find comfort sharing your grief experience with others who are also dealing with the loss of a loved one. Join us! Please call the rectory for more information at (860) 529-2545. Facilitators are Deacon Keith Griffin & Pastoral Minister Audrey Saharek.
